When you register for a LUMINOUS NEO account and use related services provided by our platform, you are required to fill in and submit personal information including but not limited to your phone number and email address. We will display the information you need to submit through the page. If you do not use a service, you do not need to provide relevant information. For specific business functions that you explicitly refuse to use, close or exit, when you re-open the function or related system rights, the App will ask for your consent again. In addition, after the update upgrade is applied, the original system permission settings will remain unchanged.

In order to provide you with additional features of our products and services, you need to choose whether to individually agree or disagree with our collection and use of relevant information. 2.2.1 According to your specific permissions in the process of software installation and use, we receive and record the information related to the smart device you use, including your login account information (account number, personal name, avatar information);

2.2.2 Mobile phone related information (hardware equipment identification (IMSI, IMEI, MEID, equipment hardware serial number, SIM card identification, OAID, Mac address, Android ID,SD Card), mobile phone model, system version information, system language, country or region where the mobile phone is set, version number of application store, mobile phone screen size and resolution, CPU and display equipment related information);

2.2.3 Information collected in the process of connecting smart devices: According to the type of smart device you need to link, we may collect: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi Mac address, Wi-Fi password), device Mac address, device ID, device Bluetooth Mac address, and device unique identification characters;
